ImageSmith is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. No account is required.

You keep every right you already had in the images you process. We claim no licence over them, because they never reach us.

Only process images you own or have permission to use. Do not use ImageSmith to break the law or to strip metadata from material you have no right to alter.

Keep your own backups. Processing happens in your browser, and a closed tab or a refreshed page loses whatever was in it.

The tools are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Image processing is lossy by nature and results vary by file, format and device.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost files, lost quality or any other loss arising from use of the site.
